Ricardo Bonachy Telemaque is currently the Associate Executive Director of FATEM, Inc. Prior to joining FATEM he worked as a specialist for the Department of Commerce in Boston, MA. Ricardo Bonachy Telemaque has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than 12 years and has extensive experience in program development, capacity building, management and grant writing. He has worked extensively in matters involving programs efficiency, programs evaluation, marketing, budgeting, disputes and negotiations in the workplace.

Ricardo Bonachy Telemaque has hosted a radio show program for the past 10 years on 1620 AM in Boston to educate the community on various topics: Law, Theology, Psychology, HIV/AIDS , breast cancer, to name a few. He is a member of the American Bar, Massachusetts Bar Association, World Harvest Ministerial Fellowship, World Christian Ministries, New England Pastor Association and the Black Ministerial Alliance of the Greater Boston.
He earned a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Philosophy with a minor in Biology from University of Massachusetts, a diploma in Theology from World Harvest Bible College, a Master’s Degree (M.Ed) in Counseling, magna cum laude in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, a J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law, a Doctorate in Theology (Th.D) from Christian Bible College magna cum Laude in North Carolina and a Ph.D in Counseling Psychology, magna cum laude with a concentration in Mental Health. He is admitted to the Bar of Massachusetts to practice in all courts within the State.
Ricardo Bonachy Telemaque lives in Randolph with his wife Yanick Bonachy Telemaque.
