ABOUT US
FATEM was founded in April 2006 by a group of former students who attended school in the town of Mirebalais, Haiti, with the aim to bring information technology to the people in the region, thus help the economic advancement of the area.
We would like to provide a service delivery model that is catered to bring computer skills, access to information technology to members of the Mirebalais community.
VISION
To provide solutions to the basic needs of the community through capacity building, the achievement of integrated community development from a common hope to secure sustainable livelihood for all.
MISSION
FATEM is a non-profit organization that works with people in the Mirebalais area and around the world to increase economic and educational opportunities, sustain natural resources while fostering the advancement of technology.
FATEM's mission is to be a catalyst for long-lasting positive change to benefit the residents of Mirebalais, rebuilding hope, providing educational opportunities, bridging the digital divide, and strengthening their capacity to improve their social, economic and environmental conditions.
